Our award-winning Keepsake Doll was lovingly designed by Jayda (Founder of OUAD) here in London, England. Modelled around her own self, the doll was meant as forever keepsake to pass on to her darling daughter. Finally a doll that looked and dressed like mummy. Not only was it stylish and beautiful to look at, it was heirloom quality and expertly hand-knit by hand.
These gorgeous cloth dolls in soft muted shades, also served a bigger and wider purpose, filling a gap in cultural representation. Beautifully designed with a Scandinavian influence, these dolls are hand-knit using premium from cotton yarns, both sustainable and eco-friendly.
Each of our heirloom quality keepsake doll is delicately handcrafted with love and is meant to be adored, cuddled and played with. Our Keepsake dolls are the perfect size for play and measure 28cm (11" approx.). We recommend these dolls for ages 3 and up due to their delicate nature, as each is delicately hand-knit together, with a lot of love, care and attention, making no two dolls the exact same.
Our dolls don't need to stay up on a shelf but gentle play is recommended for longevity and to pass along as an heirloom.
The dolls arrive in a beautifully packaged keepsake box. It also comes with a cotton dust bag to keep the doll safe for every other time when it's not on display.
