The changing mat has made nappy changing far easier. I just grab it, unfold and place baby on it. My baby loves how padded it is and happily lays there playing once her nappy has been changed. Its also so easy to clean. Just grab a damp cloth or a baby wipe and wipe it over and its ready to pop baby on or to fold for the next use.
